Step 1: The Invitation
If you do not have an Ariba Network account with Google as one of the trading partners, You must be formally invited. Self-registration without a Google-specific invitation will not link your account to Google’s system.
- Action: If you have not already received an email from ordersender-prod@ansmtp.ariba.com, contact the Enablement Support Team for assistance.
- The Trigger: The Enablement team will initiate an enrollment request. Keep an eye out for an email from ordersender-prod@ansmtp.ariba.com.
- Tip: If you don't see it, check your spam folder for that specific sender address.
Step 2: Account Creation
- Click Click to continue in the invitation email.
- Select Sign Up to create a new Ariba account (or Log In if you have an existing account for other customers).
- Fill out your basic company profile if you are creating a new account (sign up) or update the credentials of existing accounts.
- Once submitted, you will be rerouted to your Ariba Network homepage.
- It is critical to confirm that the link to Google was successful. Follow these steps to verify the connections.
- Click on your Company Settings (icon with your initials) in the top right corner.
- Customer Relationships from the dropdown menu
- Ensure the Accepted filter is selected
- Look for Alphabet/Google under the list of accepted relationships
