If you're unsure which survey or questions to run on your site, we've created localized templates to help you get started with the following categories:

Step-by-step process

To use one of our templates:

  1. Click one of the category links abover, then click the appropriate language link on the subsequent page.
  2. Click Copy (copy survey).
  3. In Step 1 (Pick audience) of the survey creator, name your survey. Under Audience, select Your website. Under Your website select your site. Click CONTINUE.
  4. In Step 2 (Write questions), select the appropriate question type(s) and write your question(s). Click CONFIRM.
  5. In Step 3 (Confirm survey), review your survey questions and purchase responses. You also have the option here to adjust the survey frequency. Click BUY NOW.
  6. Your survey will be sent to our team for review and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been started.
  7. You will receive another email once your survey is completed with a link to your results.

You start seeing results once your survey is approved and data is processed, which usually happens in a matter of hours.

During the House-survey creation process, disregard any indicated charges of $0.01 per response. House surveys are free of charge and you will not be prompted to pay upon completion.
