Account management

Your Google Surveys account has a number of adjustable settings available on the Settings page:

Description of settings
  • Name: Your company and/or site name.
  • Domain: Your site URL.
  • Access Period (i.e., Frequency): The period of time a user is granted survey-free access to your site for completing a survey. (From 1 to 30 days.)
    • The Extended Access Period is the period of time a user is granted survey-free access to your site for completing a multi-part optional survey. The Extended Access Period is double the publisher-defined Access Period.
(e.g., If Access Period is set to 2 days, then Extended Access Period is set to 4 days.)
  • Site Owners: Your internal users (Google Account email addresses) who have access to adjust account settings and receive account notification emails. If you do not have a Google Account, you can create one.
  • Reporting State:
    • Enabled: Surveys will display, and data will be recorded in your reporting dashboard. (default)
    • Disabled: No surveys will display, and no data will be recorded in your reporting dashboard.
  • AdSense ID: This is your AdSense publisher ID where your Google Surveys earnings will be sent.
