The WSDL files are different between sandbox and production. For example, the WSDL file for AccountService is at https://www.google.com/api/adsense/v2/AccountService?wsdl for production; the WSDL file is at https://www.google.com/api/adsense/staging/AccounService?wsdl for the sandbox. To move from sandbox to production, all you need to do is to download the WSDL files for production, generate all the stubs and comment out the lines which only apply to sandbox for debugging purpose (such as debug_association_type, debug_zip, debug_phone).
