Locate your phone support PIN

When contacting the phone support team for your Cloud Identity Premium service, you need to provide your phone support PIN to verify that you're an administrator on the account. 
  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. At the top right, click
  3. In the Help window, click Contact support .
  4. Click Phone > Get PIN.

    A PIN is generated.

The PIN is valid for 60 minutes, after which you can generate a new one if needed.
