Let your users receive educational emails about using Google Workspace apps and features. The emails contain best practices, tips, and feature updates.

These emails are useful for:

  • Showing users the benefits and capabilities of their new apps
  • Helping users make the switch to a new way of working
  • Supporting a smooth transition from legacy systems

While the emails cover popular features, the email footer includes the disclaimer: "Please note that some features highlighted in this email might not be deployed by your organization."

Let users receive educational emails

Users receive emails about the Google Workspace services that are turned on for their account. When users get access to a service, they might receive emails about that service (if available) twice a week. Then users get an occasional email—once a week, every other week, or less. Users can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.

Emails are sent to users whose language is set to English (United States and United Kingdom), French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish (Spain).
