Get support on iOS

Currently only available for super administrators.

Super administrators who use the Google Admin app on Apple iOS devices can get support information in the app.

24/7 phone, email, and chat support is available for your  account. If you’re calling, you must provide a PIN for authentication and verification purposes. You don’t need a PIN for chat or email support..

Access support

1. Open the Google Admin app . Set up now.
2. If necessary, switch to your super administrator account: Tap Menu Down arrow to choose another account.
3. Tap Menu Support.
4. You should see a list of support contacts. Tap Get PIN to get your PIN, and then tap a phone number to call it.

A PIN expires after one hour.
