When submitting troubleshooting data to support, please ensure you remove any sensitive data such as account passwords, cardholder data, confidential business data, personal health information. Additionally, please avoid providing sensitive government information such as identification numbers or criminal justice information. We will use the troubleshooting data to help us address your support issues and to improve our services, subject to the Google Privacy Notice.

Cases created through this form will not be visible in the Maps section of the Google Cloud Console. If you would like your case to be managed from there, create your case from the Google Maps Platform Create a Case page.

If you want to generate new API keys and/or enable Google Maps Platform billing for new or existing projects, please use the Get Started button on the Maps Platform home page.

For other billing questions, please ensure you have reviewed the step-by-step instructions to resolve Cloud billing issues before filing a case.

This form is not suitable for Google Maps Platform technical support. If you need technical support please file a case through the Google Maps Platform support page in the Google Cloud Console (please note you’ll need a valid billing account).

Project Number must consist of only digits
The Billing Account ID for Projects can be found on the Overview page of the Google Cloud Platform Console Billing Section. If you have more than one billing account, first select a billing account from the billing accounts drop-down list at the top.
Must be in the format XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX and only contain numbers 0-9 and characters A-F, e.g. 'ABABAB-1F1F1F-543210'.
