When submitting troubleshooting data to Support, please ensure you remove any sensitive data, such as account passwords, government identification numbers, cardholder data, confidential business data, or other sensitive information. For other billing questions, please ensure you have reviewed the step-by-step instructions to resolve Cloud billing issues before filing a case.

This form is not suitable for Google Maps Platform technical support. If you need technical support please file a case through the Google Maps Platform support page in the Google Cloud Platform Console (please note you’ll need a valid billing account).

Project Number must consist of only digits
The Billing Account ID for Projects can be found on the Overview page of the Google Cloud Platform Console Billing Section. If you have more than one billing account, first select a billing account from the billing accounts drop-down list at the top.
Must be in the format XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX and only contain numbers 0-9 and characters A-F, e.g. 'ABABAB-1F1F1F-543210'.
