GCP Account and Resource Recovery Request

This form is only used to request access recovery for Billing Accounts or Projects which have been lost. If you are a Billing Administrator and need help, you must log into the GCP Console to contact Billing Support.

Use this form only under the following conditions:

  • You no longer have access to a GCP Project or Billing Account which you previously had access to.  You must be able to identify the resource, to which you are trying to regain access.

  • There are no other resource administrators or Organization administrators who have access to the Project or Billing Account in question. (If there are, you must contact these individuals).

  • Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended. (If your account is suspended, see the Suspension Inquiry Form)

IMPORTANT: You must meet all of the above requirements and submit all information in the form below in order for your request to be received by the team of specialists. All access recovery attempts are best effort and based on identifying a legitimate connection between the requestor and the resource. Note, if no connection can be established, the team will be unable to provide access.

Typical response time for a valid request is 48 hours.
