Thank you for reaching out to Google Cloud Billing Support. We understand that customer needs may evolve over time, and we're here to assist with your Google Cloud exit. To help us facilitate a smooth transition, please complete this Exit Notice for the customer you represent or, if they purchase Google Cloud services through a Google Cloud reseller / partner, please have their reseller complete this Exit Notice on their behalf.

By checking the box below, you declare that you have full legal authority to bind the customer to this Exit Notice, and you acknowledge that submission of this Exit Notice may trigger automatic termination of the customer’s Google Cloud Agreement and Minimum True-Up payment obligations 44 days after submission of the Exit Notice, depending on the selections made in the Exit Notice.

If you have not been duly authorized to bind the customer to this Exit Notice, do not submit this notice.

Cloud Billing Account Id *

Please enter the Billing Account ID that you intend to move off GCP.

The Billing account ID for Projects can be found on the Overview page of the Google Cloud Platform Console Billing Section. If the customer has more than one billing account, please submit the request for each Billing Account individually.

If you are reseller / partner submitting on behalf of the customer, please provide the Billing Account Id of the customer.

A cloud billing account id is 18 hexadecimal characters: DEADBE-EF00DE-CAFBAD.

How does the customer you represent purchase Google Cloud services? *

Is the customer’s billing address in the European Economic Area? *

Does the customer have a dedicated point of contact from the Google Cloud sales team? *

If the customer has a dedicated point of contact from the Google Cloud sales team, please indicate the name of that point of contact.

Does the customer wish to migrate their data (which will include data erasure after completion of the migration) or, if the customer has a billing address in the European Economic Area, do they wish to choose data erasure without migration (with automatic termination 44 days after submission of this Exit Notice)?

Note that only customers with billing addresses in the European Economic Area may opt for data erasure without migration. If the customer you represent has a billing address in the European Economic Area, please do not select data erasure without migration unless you have been duly authorized to do so.

IMPORTANT: if you submit this Exit Notice and select data erasure without migration, the customer you represent will lose access to data stored in the Google Cloud services covered by your selection after 44 days (when their Google Cloud contract will automatically terminate in relation to those services), and any Minimum Commitment true-up payment related to those services will become immediately due and payable after 44 days.

Erasure without migration - If you select this option, you agree on behalf of the customer you represent that their Google Cloud Agreement will automatically terminate in relation to the Google Cloud services covered by your selection (ending the customer’s access to data stored in those services) 44 days after submission of this Exit Notice, and that any Minimum Commitment true-up payment applicable to those services will become immediately due and payable by the customer upon such termination. Such termination is without prejudice to each party’s accrued rights and obligations under the customer’s Google Cloud Agreement.

If the customer wishes to migrate their data, what is their expected Google Cloud exit start date (if known)?

Please enter the date (if known) on which the customer plans to start moving data from Google Cloud, and note that customers must give their assigned support agent at least two working days’ notice before the actual start date of their migration.

The customer’s planned or actual migration start date must be at least 14 days (and no more than 44 days) after submission of this Exit Notice.

If the customer wishes to migrate their data, what is their expected migration completion date (if known)?

Please enter the date (if known) by which the customer plans to complete their migration from Google Cloud, and note that customers must notify Google of the actual completion of their migration by submitting this Completion Notice.

The customer’s planned or actual completion date must be at least 74 days after submission of this Exit Notice.

If the customer wishes to migrate their data, are they planning to move workloads to their own data center or to another cloud provider?

If another cloud provider, what is the name of that provider?
