Additional terms for Google Cloud Platform

The Google Cloud Platform offers Data Processing and Security Terms (DPST) and EU Model Contract Clauses (MCC) as a means of meeting the adequacy and security requirements of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union's Data Protection Directive and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How to opt in to the Data Processing and Security Terms and EU Model Contract Clauses

  1. Go to the Cloud Platform Console.
  2. Open the console left side menu and select IAM & Admin.
  3. From the projects list, select the project you want to use to opt in.
  4. Click Privacy & security.
  5. Below Data Processing and Security Terms, click Review and Accept.
  6. Read the agreement and then click I Accept.

If you also wish to opt in to the Model Contract Clauses:

  1. Below EU Model Contract Clauses, click Review and Accept.
  2. Read the agreement and then click I Accept.

For customers who have already accepted a previous version of the Data Processing and Security Terms, you can re-accept the latest version of the Data Processing and Security Terms by following the above instructions.
