Was your application flagged for safe browsing concerns? Navigate to the relevant finding for further guidance.

One or more of your projects or services have been flagged for a Terms of Service violation

Before initiating a verification request, we recommend you fix any projects that have been suspended, throttled, resource restricted, or have otherwise violated the terms of service for cloud use. 

Verify the status of your app

1. You can access your Cloud Console through clicking on this link
2. Click on the ‘Go to Console’ button
3. Log in with your Cloud Console credentials
4. You will be redirected to a page with your projects and their respective statuses 
5. This page will highlight which projects are preventing you from proceeding with OAuth verification

 

If your project has been flagged, you should have received an email from Google Cloud compliance explaining why the  project was suspended and how to take action. 

Take action to fix your project

• Guidance to resolve throttling can be found here.

• Guidance to resolving suspensions can be found here.

• Guidance to resolving restrictions can be found here.Once the issue is resolved, you can submit an appeal from the Google Cloud Console.

Resubmit for verification

Once your appeal has been addressed, you can resubmit your app for OAuth Verification.

One or more of your domains have been labeled as dangerous in Google Search

Google flags sites suspected of hosting dangerous or spammy downloads, engaging in practices that are bad or dangerous to the user, or being hacked. You should have received an email from Search Console warning that your app has been flagged. You can also see these findings in the Security Issues report. 

Take action to fix your project

Refer to the Search Console troubleshooting guidelines to understand and resolve the identified issues. 

Request a security review

Once your project meets the above guidelines, request a security review for reconsideration. Further guidance on submitting a security review can be found here. 

Resubmit for verification 

Please resubmit your app for OAuth Verification only after the reconsideration review is complete.
