Your request exceeds the authorized domain limit of 10 domainsIf you have received a rejection based on the allowed domain count (≥ 10 authorized domains), please reduce the number of domains to be verified.
As a reminder, you are only able to request verification for a maximum of ten (10) authorized domains.
How do I remove authorized domains from my project?
If the domain is currently used by any of your OAuth clients, you will need to delete all redirect URIs and origin URLs referencing the domain. Perform the following steps:
-
Sign in to the Google Cloud Console.
-
Select your application’s project ID.
-
Go to the APIs & Services > Credentials page.
-
Under OAuth 2.0 client IDs, click the client for which you want to remove unused domains.
-
A Client ID for Web application page will appear. Delete any unused redirect URIs and unrelated origin URLs under Authorized JavaScript Origins and Authorized Redirect URIs.
-
Click Save.
Once you’ve completed the steps above, delete the domain from the Authorized Domains list by following these steps:
-
Sign in to the Google Cloud Console
-
Select your application’s project ID.
-
Go to OAuth Consent Screen under APIs & Services
-
Go to Authorized Domains and delete any unnecessary domains
You must complete the domain ownership verification process using the correct account and method as outlined below:
1. Use the Correct Account (Critical)
The domain verification must be performed by a Google account that is currently a Project Owner of your Google Cloud Project. If the domain is verified by an account that does not have these permissions in the Google Cloud Console, the OAuth verification system will not recognize the ownership.
2. Verification Steps (Domain Property Method)
You must verify the Domain Property (DNS-level), rather than a "URL prefix" or "Site,” property.
- Step 1: Sign in to Google Search Console using your GCP Owner/Editor account.
- Step 2: Click the property selector (top left) and select + Add property.
- Step 3: Choose the Domain card (left side) and enter your root domain (e.g., rbretailandservicesolutions.com).
- Step 4: Copy the provided TXT record and add it to your domain's DNS configuration via your domain registrar.
- Step 5: Once the DNS record is updated, click Verify in Search Console.
After completing the steps above, reply to the email from the OAuth verification team to proceed with the review.
