Google provides Feed Management to a very limited set of top-tier retailers to help optimize performance on Google Shopping. This service includes product feed optimization advice as well as 24x7 monitoring of account suspensions and product data quality.

While we are no longer expanding feed management service, we encourage you to explore the several Merchant Center tools such as Diagnostics and Feed Rules that provide a self-service solution to the most common data issues.

Here are some of the key highlights of the Feed Management support:

  1. Your Google Shopping feeds are optimized to deliver better performance based on Best Practices guidelines and your marketing objectives.
  2. Your account and feeds are monitored 24x7 to identify quality issues and help resolve suspension warnings. You also have 24x7 access to this Help Center for requesting changes to your feed. 
  3. A Shopping Specialist periodically reviews your feeds and campaigns to identify opportunities for improved performance on Google Shopping.

This service is available in all countries where Google Shopping exists, although services may be limited in some countries. In addition, your feed can be delivered to many of the most popular feed-driven marketing programs.
