119 beta desks flag gone

Hi. There used to be a flag that allowed a window to open in more than one desk so that when you clicked for example the files app, it didn't switch to another desk but would open another window in the current desk. This doesn't seem to be there any more. Is this intentional or is there another way to make it work that way?

Do you recall the name of that flag?

The only one I've seen that sounds like something similar to the one you mention is shown below:

#enable-per-desk-z-order

Enable per-desk Z-order for all-desk windows.

The Z-order of all-desk windows is maintained on a per-desk basis. 
This means that all-desk windows will not keep popping to the front when switching desks.

It was introduced in M110 and will expire in M130.
