Install and enroll your devices

Creating a video conference room is quick and easy. Just install the Chromebox for meetings device or the Chromebase for meetings device, and complete a quick onscreen setup wizard to add the device to your network.

Before you install and enroll your Chrome devices for meetings, make sure you received your confirmation email that indicates the number of device licenses assigned to your account. You cannot enroll your devices until these licenses have been provisioned. If your organization does not use G Suite, and this is your first order, you must also complete the first time setup instructions to verify your organization's domain name.
