Can I set up online billing?

All billing for your Chrome devices for meetings and the initial software agreement is done offline through the Google Sales representative or reseller from whom you purchased your device.

How is value-added tax (VAT) charged in Europe?

How do I change my billing contact or address?

To change your contact information, contact your Google Sales representative for assistance, or send an email to cfm-billing@google.com.

If this change is needed only on your next order (that is, it doesn’t affect your current order), there is no need to contact anyone. However, if this change is for your current order, contact your sales representative to confirm the change.

How do I cancel my service?

Your software licenses remain in effect until your auto-renewal date. If you don’t want your licenses to auto-renew, contact the Google Sales representative or reseller from whom you purchased Chrome devices for meetings to let them know. The sales representative or reseller will notify Google to decline the auto-renewal order.
