I couldn't write anything on my phone, from within the app (super weird and stupid...) So here is description of my issue.
My Chromecast starts playing videos in low quality, 480p and doesn't change it automatically. I have to disconnect and recast again, than I get full 1080p 60fps. It's connected to 5Ghz WiFi, router is few meters away, broadband is stable 70Mbps. I tried resetting and adding Chromecast again, restarting router, connecting Chromecast to different power supply, but it still keeps happening. It's super annoying...

It looks like several different issues are going on here, we really appreciate the user comments who provided the workaround. (Back read the comments for the workaround)
