The screen mirror works for some time, but then it suddenly disconnects. The app is still showing an active mirroring but on TV I get a message saying that the connection has been lost.

Both my tablet (Sony Xperia Z4 tablet) and my mobile phone (Nexus 6P) are in the list. The tablet gets a stable connection, the phone loses connection after a short time.

I noticed if i keep pausing the movie every minute or so it wont disconnect???

This is still an issue. Any workarounds or resolutions here? I'm using a Pixel 2, and my screencast disconnects like clockwork every 2-5 minutes.
