Chromecast Turning TV off with a Loud Static Noise

Hi

When Casting videos using Chromecast either from Youtube or Netflix or YuppTV, My Samsung TV all of a sudden makes huge static noises and then switches the TV off and turns it on again and the streaming is Resumed.
This happens with a Loud Noise and is only happening when using Chromecast via my Ipad or Windows laptop.
Can Chromecast turn a TV off? has this ever been reported? Is there a known Fix I can try
I am at Firmware version: 46278

Thanks
Sree

Howdy do, Sree++

If you are powering the Chromecast via the TV USB, stop.  Use the supplied AC-USB wall adapter.

My TV cannot Power the Chromecast via USB so I actually have it powered via a Wall Adapter.
The only connection between TV and Chromecast is through the HDMI port and tried to swtich HDMI ports to see if the issue goes away but it stil lpersists

Thanks

Hm, can you verify if this issue persists on a different TV?

Also, do you know how old your TV is?
