Play YouTube TV on your Google Nest display

Set up YouTube TV on your Nest Hub or Nest Hub Max

To play YouTube TV on your Nest display, you need a YouTube TV account or a trial account.

Note: You don't need a YouTube TV account to play standard YouTube or YouTube Premium on your Nest display.

Control YouTube TV

To control YouTube TV on your Nest display, use voice commands or the display screen. On Nest Hub (2nd gen) or Nest Hub Max, you can also use Quick Gestures.

Note: You can browse for other channels and content while you play YouTube TV.

On the display screen, tap Show Top Picks.

With the control overlay open, tap the play or pause button.

Recommendation cards

If you have personal results enabled, your Nest display may show you cards with content recommendations based on your viewing habits.

A household member with Face Match enabled may receive tailored recommendations that are different from recommendations for other members.

To play a recommended show, tap the card.
