重新啟動 Chromecast 裝置

重新啟動 Chromecast 可解決幾個問題。以下有三種方法重新啟動 Chromecast：

Chromecast、Chromecast Audio 和 Chromecast Ultra

透過 Google Home 應用程式

1. 請確保流動裝置或平板電腦連結的帳戶，與 Chromecast 所使用的帳戶相同。
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. 輕按裝置圖塊。
4. At the top right corner, tap Settings   More settings   Reboot.

拔除並重新插上電源線

 

1. 拔除 Chromecast 裝置的電源線。
2. 讓 Chromecast 斷電 1 分鐘。
3. 重新插上電源線。

注意：從電視的 HDMI 連接埠拔除 Chromecast 不會重新啟動裝置。您必須拔除電線，才可重新啟動裝置。

Chromecast (支援 Google TV)

使用 Google TV

1. \使用 Chromecast 語音搖控器，依序選取電視畫面右上方的設定檔 「設定」圖示 。
2. 選取 [系統] [重新啟動]  [重新啟動]。

拔除並重新插上電源線

1. 拔除 Chromecast with Google TV 的電源線。
2. 讓 Chromecast with Google TV 斷電 1 分鐘。
3. 重新插入 Chromecast with Google TV 的電源線。

注意：從電視的 HDMI 連接埠拔除 Chromecast with Google TV 不會重新啟動裝置。您必須拔除電線，才可重新啟動裝置。
