I would like to return my Chromecast Audio

If you’d like to return your device for a refund, please contact the retailer from which you purchased your Chromecast for more information on their refund policy. Your Chromecast Audio comes with a limited warranty. Before returning your device, please be sure to perform a factory reset on your device. A factory reset clears your data from your Chromecast Audio.

You can perform a factory reset on your Chromecast Audio by using one of the two methods listed below:

From the Google Home app

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. Tap and hold your device's tile.
3. At the top right, tap Settings   More   Factory reset  Factory reset.

From the Chromecast Audio device

While the Chromecast Audio is plugged in, hold down the button on the side of the Chromecast Audio. The LED will begin blinking orange. When the LED light turns white, release the button and the Chromecast Audio will begin the reboot sequence.
