If you are unable to see the guest mode PIN on the device card that you’d like to set up with guest mode, try these simple steps:
- In the top right corner of the device card, touch the device card menu .
- Touch Guest mode.
- Verify that it is ON.
- Toggle guest mode OFF and then back ON and see if the PIN appears on the device card.
- If you are still unable to see the PIN, please reboot your Chromecast Audio. To do this, unplug the Chromecast Audio from the wall, wait ~1 minute, and then plug the Chromecast Audio back in. The PIN should appear on the backdrop.
