We're always trying to improve Chromecast, Chromecast Audio, Chromecast with Google TV, Google TV Streamer (4K), TVs and speakers that work with Google Cast and the Google Home app. Your feedback is extremely important to us.
Step 1. Turn on device reports
- Make sure that your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Chromecast, Google TV Streamer, speaker or display.
- Open the Google Home app .
- Tap and hold your device's tile.
- Tap Settings Recognition and sharing.
- Turn on Send [device model] device usage and crash reports to Google. (Example: Send Google Home device usage and crash reports to Google.)
Step 2. Share your feedback
- Open the Google Home app .
- At the top right, tap your account.
- Tap Feedback tap the device for which you'd like to submit feedback.
- To display available emails, in the 'From:' section, tap the arrow on the right. Select your email address.
- In the feedback summary, write a brief description of your issue.
- Make sure that you tick the box for Screenshot and System logs.
- To submit feedback, at the top-right corner, tap Send .
From your Chromecast with Google TV or Google TV Streamer
From Settings
To send feedback directly from your Chromecast with Google TV or Google TV Streamer, use your remote to open Settings Help and feedback Send feedback to Google. This will open a dialogue box where you can write or say your feedback.
With your voice
On your remote, press and hold the Google Assistant or the microphone button , then say 'Send feedback'. When Google Assistant responds, dictate your feedback and follow the on-screen instructions to send it.
