Access Chromecast promotional offers

If you don't see an offer you believe you qualify for, please contact us. If you're having trouble redeeming your promotion code, please contact the partner offering the promotion.

Once you have set up your Chromecast, you can access and redeem all available offers for your Chromecast from the Chrome browser or from the Google Cast app on your Android, iOS phone, or tablet. Here's how to get started!


From Chrome browser
Please note: If you're on Chrome 49, you'll need to check for offers using the Google Cast app on a mobile or tablet device (see instructions below) or use Chrome 48. To check which Chrome version you’re on, type chrome://version into the address bar. The numbers next to Google Chrome will read: 47 (or 48 or 49).X.XXXX.XX.
  1. Verify the Google Cast extension is installed Inactive cast extension . It is located in the top right corner of your browser window. Don't have the extension? Download it here.
  2. Visit chromecast.com/offers from your Chrome Browser.
  3. Tap the blue Redeem button.
  4. Your available offers will appear.
  5. Choose the offer you'd like to redeem and follow the redemption instructions.
From Android phone or tablet
On your mobile device or tablet:

 

Option 1:
  1. Make sure your mobile device/tablet and your Chromecast are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open the Google Cast app. Chromecast cast icon Don't have the app? Download it here.
  3. Tap Get Apps to see a list of offers for both installed and uninstalled apps on your device. Available offers will be cycling through right underneath the Get Apps tab. If the offers are not automatically cycling, slide an offer card to the left to see the next offer. 
  4. Tap the offer you’d like to redeem.
Option 2:
  1. Make sure your mobile device/tablet and your Chromecast are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open the Google Cast app. Chromecast cast icon Don't have the app? Download it here.
  3. In the upper left corner within the search bar, tap the Navigation drawer More menu icon.
  4. Tap Offers.
From iOS phone or tablet
On your mobile device or tablet:

 

Option 1:
  1. Make sure your mobile device/tablet and your Chromecast are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

I am having trouble accessing an offer on my phone or tablet.
If you're having trouble accessing an offer, please take a look at the common issues below. If you don’t see your exact issue, please visit our Chromecast Help Center.
  • I don’t have Chrome browser on my computer: In order to view your Chromecast offers, you will need the latest version of Chrome installed on your computer. To download the latest version of Chrome, please visit Chrome.

  • I am getting the error ‘No Chromecast devices found’ when attempting to see my offers: If you're seeing the error 'No Chromecast devices found' when attempting to view your Chromecast offers, please visit our troubleshooting steps.
  • I am having trouble with accessing my offer from my phone, tablet or computer: If you’re having trouble accessing your offer from your phone or tablet, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Google Cast app. You can check for updates by navigating to the Play Store or Apple App Store.
