PERINGATAN BAGI PENGGUNA

• Chromecast mungkin terasa panas saat disentuh; ini normal. Cabut sumber listrik Chromecast dan biarkan hingga dingin sebelum mencabutnya dari TV.

CATATAN TENTANG GANGGUAN DALAM PEMASANGAN DI PERUMAHAN

Perangkat ini telah diuji dan terbukti mematuhi batas perangkat digital Kelas B, sesuai dengan pasal 15 Aturan FCC. Batas ini didesain untuk memberikan perlindungan yang wajar terhadap gangguan yang membahayakan dalam pemasangan di perumahan. Penanganan

Untuk menghindari kerusakan pada perangkat, aksesori, atau perangkat apa pun yang terhubung, serta untuk mengurangi risiko cedera pribadi, ketidaknyamanan, kerusakan properti, atau potensi bahaya lainnya, ikuti tindakan pencegahan di bawah.

Gunakan Chromecast dengan hati-hati. Anda dapat merusak perangkat jika Anda membongkar, menjatuhkan, membengkokkan, membakar, menghancurkan, atau menusuknya.  Menggunakan perangkat yang rusak dapat menyebabkan panas berlebih atau cedera. Hindarkan Chromecast dari cairan karena dapat menyebabkan korsleting dan panas berlebih.  Jika Chromecast Anda basah, jangan mencoba mengeringkannya dengan pemanas eksternal. Chromecast didesain untuk berfungsi di lingkungan dalam ruangan yang kering. 

Chromecast didesain untuk berfungsi secara optimal saat berada dalam suhu ruangan antara 0 ° dan 35 °C (32 ° sampai 95 °F), dan harus disimpan dalam suhu ruangan antara -20 ° dan 60 °C (-4 ° dan 140 °F). Perbaikan & Layanan

Jangan mencoba memperbaiki Chromecast sendiri. 

Chromecast hanya boleh diperbaiki oleh Google atau penyedia layanan resmi Google. Menghubungkan Chromecast ke Sumber Listrik

Pastikan adaptor daya dan Chromecast mendapatkan ventilasi yang baik saat digunakan. Menggunakan kabel atau adaptor daya yang rusak, atau menggunakannya dalam kondisi lembap dapat menyebabkan kebakaran, sengatan listrik, cedera, atau kerusakan pada Chromecast atau properti lainnya.  Saat menghubungkan Chromecast ke sumber listrik melalui adaptor dayanya, pastikan adaptor daya disambungkan ke soket yang berada di dekat Chromecast dan dapat diakses dengan mudah. Produk ini ditujukan untuk digunakan dengan Sumber Listrik Terbatas/Limited Power Source (LPS) tersertifikasi menurut IEC 60950-1 dan Sumber Listrik Kelas 1/Power Source Class 1 (PS1) menurut IEC 62368-1, dengan kapasitas: 5 Volt DC, maksimum 1 Amp.

Hanya sambungkan Chromecast dengan adaptor daya dan kabel yang disertakan, atau aksesori yang kompatibel. Penggunaan aksesori yang tidak kompatibel dapat menyebabkan kebakaran, sengatan listrik, cedera, atau kerusakan pada perangkat dan aksesori. Aksesori yang kompatibel tersedia di Google Store dan di reseller resmi Google (cari badge “made for” Google). 

Paparan Panas Berkepanjangan

Chromecast dan adaptor dayanya menghasilkan panas selama pengoperasian normal serta mematuhi standar dan batas suhu permukaan yang berlaku. Hindari kontak kulit langsung atau tidak langsung yang berkepanjangan saat perangkat sedang digunakan, karena memaparkan kulit ke permukaan yang panas dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan atau luka bakar. Jangan menindih perangkat atau adaptor daya, atau menutupinya dengan selimut atau bantal. Keselamatan Anak-Anak

Perangkat ini bukan mainan. Cara pembuangan atau pengangkutan yang tidak semestinya dapat menyebabkan kebakaran, ledakan, dan/atau bahaya lainnya. Batasan lingkungan

Untuk mencegah kerusakan pada bagian Chromecast Anda atau sirkuit internal, jangan menggunakan atau menyimpan perangkat atau aksesorinya di lingkungan yang berdebu, berasap, lembap, atau kotor, atau di dekat medan magnet.  Jauhkan perangkat dari sumber panas dan sinar matahari langsung. Jangan letakkan Chromecast di dalam kendaraan, di dasbor mobil, di pinggir jendela, di dekat ventilasi penghangat, atau di balik kaca yang langsung terpapar sinar matahari atau sinar ultraviolet yang terik dalam waktu yang lama. Perangkat ini telah dievaluasi dan memenuhi persyaratan peraturan yang berlaku untuk paparan gelombang radio serta dirancang dan diproduksi agar tidak melebihi batasan paparan frekuensi radio (RF) yang diizinkan. Untuk mematuhi persyaratan kepatuhan paparan RF yang berlaku, antena perangkat ini harus selalu berjarak setidaknya 20 cm dari pengguna selama pengoperasian perangkat.

Penanganan dan Penggunaan yang Tepat

Ikuti panduan ini saat menggunakan, menyimpan, membersihkan, atau membuang Chromecast Anda:

Suhu Pengoperasian

Jangan menggunakan Chromecast atau adaptor dayanya pada suhu ruangan yang lebih rendah dari 0 °C (32 °F) atau lebih tinggi dari 35 °C (95 °F). Perawatan & Pembersihan

Cabut perangkat dan adaptor sebelum membersihkan, selama badai petir, atau saat tidak digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Gunakan kain bersih, lembut, dan kering untuk membersihkan perangkat dan aksesori.
Jangan menggunakan deterjen kimia, bubuk, atau bahan kimia lainnya (seperti alkohol atau benzena) untuk membersihkan Chromecast atau aksesori. 

Konektor dan Port

Saat melepaskan adaptor daya dari stopkontak, tarik adaptor, bukan kabelnya.  Jangan memuntir atau menjepit kabel USB, dan jangan mencolokkan konektor ke port dengan paksa.

Medan Magnet

Hindari meletakkan media apa pun yang mengandung magnet atau sensitif terhadap magnet, seperti kartu kredit, kartu bank, kaset audio/video, atau perangkat memori magnetis, di dekat produk ini atau kabel pengisi daya, karena Anda dapat kehilangan informasi yang tersimpan di media tersebut. Media berisi informasi yang sensitif terhadap magnet harus berjarak minimal 5 cm (2 inci) dari perangkat ini.

Handling

Handle your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) and Chromecast Voice Remote with care. You may damage the device and included alkaline AAA batteries or accessories if you disassemble, drop, bend, burn, crush or puncture your device. Do not use a Chromecast and remote with a damaged enclosure. Using a damaged Chromecast and remote may cause overheating or injury. Do not expose your Chromecast and remote to liquids, which can cause a short circuit and overheating. If your Chromecast and remote gets wet, do not attempt to dry it using an external heat source.

Chromecast and remote is designed to operate in a dry, indoor environment. Your Chromecast and remote is designed to work best in ambient temperatures between 32° and 104° F (0° and 40° C), and should be stored between ambient temperatures of -4° and 113° F (-20° and 45° C). Do not expose your Chromecast and remote to temperatures above 113° F (45° C), such as near a heating vent, as this may damage the Chromecast and remote, overheat the batteries, or pose a risk of fire. Keep your Chromecast and remote away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight. If your device becomes too hot, disconnect it from its power source if it is plugged in, move it to a cooler place and do not use it until it has cooled. Your Chromecast and remote is designed to work best at an altitude of up to 6561 ft (2,000 m).

Use of your Chromecast in certain modes, such as gaming, can cause it to generate more heat than it would under normal operating conditions. This may cause your Chromecast to operate in a reduced-power mode or temporarily shut down. Use extra care when operating the device in these modes. For more information on risks associated with prolonged heat exposure, please refer to the Prolonged Heat Exposure section below.

Repair & Service

Do not attempt to repair your Chromecast and remote yourself. Disassembling the device may cause injury or damage to your device.

Powering

Be sure the power adapter and Chromecast are well ventilated when in use. Using damaged cables, power adapters, or powering when moisture is present, can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the Chromecast or other property. Do not power your Chromecast when it’s wet. Avoid powering your device in direct sunlight.

This Chromecast comes with an AC adapter that has proper certifications. This Chromecast must be used with an AC adapter that has been certified with a Limited Power Source output per IEC 60950-1 and/or classified PS2 per IEC 62368-1 rated: 5V DC, maximum 1.5 Amp.

When powering the Chromecast, make sure the power adapter is plugged into a power outlet near the device and is easily accessible. When disconnecting the power adapter from a power outlet, pull on the adapter, never on the charging cable. Do not twist or pinch the cable, and do not force a connector into a port. If you receive a message while powering that instructs you to unplug the power adapter, disconnect the power adapter. Before attempting to power up again, make sure both the power adapter cable connector and the device's input power port are dry and clear of any objects.

Only power your Chromecast with the included power adapter and cable, a USB-C power adapter or compatible accessories available on the Google Store and at Google authorized resellers (look for Google’s “made for” badge). Failure to use compatible accessories can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the device and the accessories.

Prolonged Heat Exposure

The Chromecast and its power adapter generate heat during normal operation and comply with applicable surface temperature standards and limits. Avoid prolonged skin contact when the device is in use or powering because exposing skin to hot surfaces for a long period of time may cause discomfort or burns. Do not sleep on or with your device or its power adapter, or cover them with a blanket or pillow. Be aware of this issue if you have a physical condition that affects your ability to detect heat against your skin.

Child Safety

This device is not a toy. Your Chromecast and remote may contain (or may come with) small parts, plastic or metal elements, and parts with sharp edges that may cause an injury or create a choking hazard. Children have strangled on cords and cables. Keep the Chromecast’s cords and cables out of the reach of children (more than 3 feet / 1 meter away) and do not allow them to play with the Chromecast and remote and its accessories. They could hurt themselves or others, or could accidentally damage the product.

Battery

This Chromecast remote contains alkaline AAA batteries which are sensitive components that can cause injury if damaged or ingested. Keep away from children. These batteries are hazardous to young children. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately. Swallowing may lead to serious injury in as little as 2 hours or death, due to chemical burns and potential perforations of the esophagus. If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted the battery, immediately call your local poison control center. Examine the remote and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured. Dispose of AAA batteries immediately and safely.

Only use a battery for the Chromecast remote for which it is specified. Use of an unqualified and/or damaged battery or improper disposal may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage and/or other hazards. Do not modify or remanufacture/refurbish the battery, puncture or attempt to insert objects into the battery, immerse or expose the battery to water or other liquids, or expose the battery to fire, excessive heat, and/or other hazards. Do not attempt to recharge an alkaline battery. Replace all batteries at the same time, do not reuse any old batteries. For best results, use AAA batteries rated 1.5V. Do not use lithium ion or any other batteries rated above 1.5V. Do not short circuit the battery or allow metallic or conductive objects to contact the battery terminals. Avoid dropping the Chromecast remote or battery. If the Chromecast remote or battery is dropped, especially on a hard surface, and you suspect or observe damage, contact Google or a Google authorized service provider for inspection. If the battery leaks, do not allow the leaking fluid to come into contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. If the fluid is already in contact with the eyes, do not rub them. Rinse the eyes with clean water immediately and seek medical advice.

Disposal, Transportation & Recycling

Dispose of and transport your device, batteries and accessories according to local environmental and transportation regulations. Do not improperly transport them or dispose of them in normal household waste. Improper disposal or transport may lead to fire, explosion, and/or other hazards. Radio Frequency Interference 

Observe rules that prohibit the use of wireless technology (e.g. cellular or Wi-Fi). Your device is designed to comply with regulations governing radio frequency emissions but use of wireless devices can negatively affect other electronic equipment. For example, while flying in an aircraft or immediately before boarding, use your wireless device only according to instructions provided by the airline. Use of a wireless device in an aircraft may disrupt wireless networks, present a hazard to aircraft operation, or be illegal. You may be able to use your device in airplane mode.

Musculoskeletal Disorders

Repetitive activities, such as tapping the buttons of your Chromecast remote, may cause discomfort in your fingers, hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, or other parts of your body. If you experience any discomfort from such activities, stop using your Chromecast remote and consult with your doctor.

Proper Handling and Usage

Follow these guidelines when using, storing or cleaning of your Chromecast and remote:

Operating Temperature

Do not use the Chromecast and remote and power adapter at ambient temperatures lower than 0°C (32°F) or higher than 40°C (104°F). If the interior temperature of the device exceeds normal operating temperatures, you may experience the following behaviors while the device tries to regulate its temperature: reduced performance and connectivity, inability to power or device power down. You may not be able to use the device while it regulates its temperature. Move the device to a cooler (or warmer) location and wait a few minutes before attempting to use it again.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug the Chromecast and its power adapter before cleaning, during lightning storms, or when unused for extended periods of time. Do not clean your Chromecast while it is powered as this may cause injury or damage to your device. Avoid solvent and abrasive material that may cause damage to the product surface. Do not use any chemical detergent, powder, or other chemical agents (such as benzene) to clean the Chromecast or accessories.

To disinfect your Chromecast and remote, you can use ordinary household disinfecting wipes or 70% isopropyl alcohol-based wipes. Do not use wipes that have bleach.

Water Resistance

Do not expose your Chromecast and remote to liquids, which can cause a short circuit and overheating. The Chromecast power adapter and other accessories are not water resistant and should not be exposed to liquids.

Service & Support

Unauthorized repairs or modifications could result in permanent damage to the device, and may affect your warranty coverage and regulatory authorizations. Chromecast and remote should only be repaired by Google or a Google authorized service provider. Contact customer service for authorized service. For online help and support, visit g.co/cast/help.

If you send your Chromecast or remote in for service, you might receive a replacement in place of your original device. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. If the goods are capable of retaining user-generated data then the repair or replacement may result in loss of the data.
