Google streaming device not connected to Wi-Fi

If you've lost your Wi-Fi connection or recently changed your Wi-Fi name, Wi-Fi password, or service provider, you may need to set up your Google streaming device again. Follow the steps below to try fix the issue:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. At the top right, tap Add and then Device .

    • Or, if a setup screen for your device appears, tap Set up or Next.
      • If it’s not the correct device, tap Not now or Set up a different device.
  3. Complete the setup steps.
