"Add" button disabled when manually adding a printer

I am trying to add a printer manually. I can get through the steps (entering name, address, protocol, and queue)  but the "Add" button remains disabled.

Something must be still missing. 
 
Might you be able to share a screenshot of what you are seeing there, please?

Thank you for your response Mike. I was able to figure it out. It did not like the format of the address that I entered. A suggestion for improving the user experience would be to add a message letting the user know if the address is not in the correct format.
