Why can't I use video calling or stream channel 4,5 or ITV, but I can stream BBC and stream videos,

I have tried power wash. I can't use recovery utility as web store says "Not compatible"

You've got yourself a very old device there that has not been eligible for software updates in many years. Best to look to upgrade to a newer model.

What do you see in chrome://version and what is the manufacturer and model of your device?
