If possible, try again and use a device where you’ve signed in before.but how do i do this on Chromebook

I'm going to share this link again: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en. Once again, have you followed these steps to recover your account? Your reply about your Chromebook being a personal device has no bearing on trying to recover your account.

You'll need to give us more information. Which brand and model is the Chromebook, and what ChromeOS version is it running? Has this always been your device, or did you get it from someone else? Did you recently have to Powerwash/factory reset it?

What kind of info was it asking you to provide when you were trying to sign in?
