How to write this style of quotation marks in Google Docs? „…“

I would like to be able to use that style of quotes: „…“. Now it doesn't matter what I type on the keyboard in google docs it always looks like “…”. I use it when I write in Bulgarian

Thank you very much! Unicode didn't worked but I found ASCII Characters. The combination is Alt+0132.

Enabling/switching quote mark types is regulated by the operating system.

I have moved your enquiry to a forum section that deals with these types of issues so that it can be handled by the correct team of volunteers.

You could try with Unicode characters - eg Ctrl + Shift + u followed by a code you want: 00AF.
