CK express is not loading

I have a school chromebook and whenever I connect to my home Wi-Fi, the extension CK express pops up before the actual page loads and it’s just keeps spinning. I was sitting here for 20 minutes and nothing has happened. And it only happens on my Wi-Fi. I can’t disable the extension because it is admin installed, so can you help me ASAP because I have assignments due.
