How can I solve my connection problem?

My Samsung Chromebook works very well, however, in the last days, I've had connection problems. I am connected to wifi, and the network does provide it to the Chromebook I use. However, 3-4 minutes after connecting, it disconnects. This doesn't help since I'm in Zoom calls for about 8 hours.

If you're experiencing internet connection issues first few steps are simple.
  1. Unplug your Internet router and any extenders.
  2. Turn off your Chromebook, don't just close the lid. Hold the power button until it shuts down.
  3. Plug your router back in and wait for it to boot up.
  4. Turn your Chromebook back on and test

What happens when you use a different WiFi network? Such as a coffee shop or friend's house?

Have you restarted your wireless access point?  Is your wireless a 5G network only or does it run 2.4g network too.  Does your access point broadcast it's discovery name with only one access point name or do you have it separated by 2.4g and 5g with two network names.  It maybe dropping to 2.4g but can't authinicate if your authinicating on the 5g network.  Check your wireless settings on your wireless accsss point authinications level.  Make sure they match, WPA2 or whatever your using.
