My son (aged <13) is set up with his own google account using FamilyLink. Everything working fine on his android phone and we can control his account using FamilyLink. We can login fine to his account using a PC browser. Just tried to log into his new Chromebook and it just keeps saying "Sorry, there seems to be a problem. Please try again." We know the password is correct since if you enter the incorrect one it says password incorrect. Also we made sure he has not reached his daily limit so nothing should be blocked from there. Looks like something wrong with his actual account. Any suggestions please.
