How can I play a m3u file in my chrome OS ?

How can I play a m3u file in my chrome ? 
 The file incldes localtion like rtp://@232.0.1.28:10000

Those require you to download and install something.  You cannot do that on a Chromebook.

ok - means I cannot play these files with Chrom OS ?

You cannot.  Chrome OS is in an iron box, for your account security.  No installations to it, no .exe files, etc.  Everything has to come from the Chrome Web Store.

m3u is a streaming playlist file type that is not supported by Chrome OS. The file has the streaming URLs in plain text format so sometimes (depending on the stream type) you can open the m3u file with a text editor, extract the URLs and play them one at a time.

got it, whick chrome app from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/apps could be use to play stream url like rtp://@232.0.1.34:10340 ?
