Sign in to your Chromebook

You can sign in to your Chromebook with your Google Account. To sign in without a password, create a Chromebook password or PIN.

Manage your sign-in options

1. On your Chromebook, at the bottom right, select the time.
2. Select Settings Privacy and Security Lock screen and sign in.
3. Enter your Google Account password.
4. Under “Sign-in options,” you can:
   • Set up or change PIN. To set up or change your PIN.
     • Set up your PIN:
       1. Select Set up.
       2. Enter a PIN with at least six digits.
       3. Select Continue.
       4. Enter your PIN again.
       5. Select Confirm.
     • Change PIN:
       1. Select Change PIN.
       2. Enter your current PIN.
       3. Enter your new PIN.
   • Change your password.
     • Setup a password:
       1. Select Setup Password.
       2. Enter password.
       3. Enter password again.
       4. Select Confirm.
     • Change your password:
       1. Select Change Password.
       2. Enter password.
       3. Enter password again.
       4. Select Confirm.

Tip: You can use these sign-in options all at once, or use only one option.
