Please do try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they help you out. :)
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More
New Incognito Window.
A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:
Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
- Try disabling all your extensions:
Go to chrome://extensions or At the top right, click More

More tools ► Extensions.
There, disable all of them by toggling them off.
See if you still have the said issues. If not, it might be caused by one of your extensions. Try enabling them one by one to see which is the culprit.
- Try creating a new user profile to see if it works:
- Try disabling hardware acceleration to see if it works.
To do that, go to chrome://settings/system and toggle the second option under System that says 'Use Hardware acceleration when available'. See if it helps solve your issue.
- Try doing a malware scan using Malwarebytes or any other better malware scanner and see if it works.
