Tab volume control?

I have a specific tab that has incredibly loud notifications, however if i reduce the audio level of chrome down to make it bearable then the audio of other tabs like media become inaudible. Is there a way i can reduce the audio level of a specific tab or window without reducing the volume of chrome as a whole?

does the web page have a volume control?

It does not and the only alternative I could think of was muting the tab at which point I would no longer get audio notifications.
