Cancerous "Before you Continue" Pop-Up

How to remove the cancerous "Before you continue" google pop-up ? This pop-up parasites my searches in incognito mode and I don't give a shit about Google policies.

Here's another post with someone with the same problem

"Google chrome is currently unusable for me. Apparently, someone at Google thought it a good idea to greet the user with a cumbersome popup about cookies EVERY TIME one clears cookies/uses incognito mode. I always use incognito, so I would have to set my cookie preferences every single time I opened up the browser, but what's making it even worse, is that I have an extension that blocks GDPR nuisances on webpages, which also blocks the popup in question; however, instead of just closing it, it redirects me to Google's login page (the "login" button is placed where a close button would be), so unless I click the "stop reload" button within a few ms before the popup, I cannot use the Google search engine at all. Is there any extension/chrome flag that will stop this popup even after clearing cookies?"

This is SO tiresome. Every  site I visit I get the cookie permission problem. Worst of all are those that send you through a whole list of opt outs with the most irksome buried deep in the list. I think I too will stop using Google now. It is just become a joke.

The most annoying to me is how Google does their ultimate best to make the information and the way a user van change settings as unclear as possible.
And keeps getting away with it...

Confusing new panels popping up depending on where you click, unclear if settings are saved or not, different or ambiguous wordings for different intentions, etc. etc.
And no clear single control panel where you can easily check your settings at any time you like, such as any decent and respectable software has.

It is clear as daylight all this is designed to confuse and demotivate users to set things to be able to secure their privacy.
The people at Google designing this, and specifically the management level that agrees on this are people with very little human conscience, and have an unpleasant and disrespectful attitude towards the users of their products.

I am sure they are convinced they are very smart, and that users are dumb sheep to use to their profit.
And they are blind to their own lack of decency.
(or just disable it for the paycheck)

I'm sure it takes a certain type of character to work at companies such as Google.

Does no one at Chrome read these threads? or in this case are the Google powers-that-be determined to continue this beyond-annoying opening-page obstacle? Microsoft has made a big push for the "new, improved Edge!" and while I have never been much of a fan, it's starting to look really good. GoogleChrome: are you interested in retaining users? or do you think we're expendable?

@Chrissie Bell Google sometimes reads these threads but they don't care and they don't provide solutions ! In the french community they told me to change my browser if I'm not satisfied and they are hiding behind EU privacy laws but they don't enforce them !
The worst is the censure on these threads where you're often don't allowed to post links !

In Chrome, open Settings from the Hamburger menu.
Select "Cookies and other site data"
Add google.com and youtube.com in "Sites that can never use cookies"

Same problem here. Whoever thought this is an acceptable user experience or didn't anticipate the problem is quite clearly incompetent, at the very least. Extremely annoying, and very quickly so.

Glad to see that I'm not alone, but mine gets worse if I try to use the forward/back arrows, when Google then places an empty  "loading" window which never loads,on top of the original search window. The only way that I can then get back to my original search, is to open a new tab. I have heard that if you use Google USA, these problems do not occur. Perhaps Google is shrinking its operations to USA, in order to avoid paying European taxes and we will all have to channel our searches through the USA???

This is driving me nuts. I've tried an extension to Firefox but its almost as bad as I still get a white box while it thinks about it. I have the same problem in Opera.
I clear all my browsing data on exit so it does not remember my choices.

The latest updates with the Chrome and Google marriage has created numerous problems for users. It is as if a secret society has set things up so they can complicate life for users and control more of what they can and cannot do.

@M Sue Baldwin-O'Dea There is no secret society behind Google but companies like Google, Facebook... tend to force people to think as they do and they are very entitled.
