Chrome tries to open multiple tabs on startup.

I have Chrome set to open a new tab on startup.  However, for some reason, it appears to be loading 25-30 tabs.  None of the extra tabs display anything and automatically close after a second.  It's not a huge issue, but it seems to slow Chrome significantly, and eats up a ton of RAM.

I just reset the settings, and that seems to have fixed it.  Thanks!
