Open Google Chrome and type « chrome://flags/ » and search « managed ».
Then click on the « Show managed UI for managed users » and disable it.
If this doesn't work, go to the second solution.
Second solution : Removing all chrome policiesActually you use Mac, you can remove thoses policies doing this :
Open the Finder and then open /Library/Managed Preferences/[yourUsername]/
- com.google.Chrome.plist
- complete.plist
Remove these files and done.
Third solution : Removing Avast Web Shield
If you think you do not have Avast installed, don't skip this, sometimes softwares installer adds Avast if you don't pay attention to little boxes like « Install Avast Antivirus Free ».
Try searching Avast in your PC, if you don't find it skip this.
If you find Avast uninstall it or disable « Avast Web Shield ».
Try launching chrome and look at settings, if the message is still here try opening « chrome://policy » (In your address/link bar at the top of chrome, you will find something with Avast Web Shield. If not, skip this.
Forth solution : If you have LastPass
If you do not have LastPass skip this.
If you have LastPass try uninstalling it.
