"Managed by your organization" Problem

I go on to search something, but it wasn't google search like usual. Currently, it is yahoo search by safe finder, but I never applied that. When I checked my settings, I see a message that says, "Managed by your organization". Eventually, I tried to delete and remove it, as I never had signed up for anything like this to occur. Some things I did include restoring settings to its original default and deleting threats detected by Malwarebytes. However, every time I search something, it won't be google search. I would like to find out what to do to get rid of it.

First of all, this occurs sometimes when you install fake bad programs.
Second, I can give you 4 solutions.

First solution
Open Google Chrome and type « chrome://flags/ » and search « managed ».
Then click on the « Show managed UI for managed users » and disable it.
If this doesn't work, go to the second solution.

Second solution : Removing all chrome policies
Actually you use Mac, you can remove thoses policies doing this :
Open the Finder and then open /Library/Managed Preferences/[yourUsername]/
  • com.google.Chrome.plist
  • complete.plist
Remove these files and done.

Third solution : Removing Avast Web Shield
If you think you do not have Avast installed, don't skip this, sometimes softwares installer adds Avast if you don't pay attention to little boxes like « Install Avast Antivirus Free ».
Try searching Avast in your PC, if you don't find it skip this.
If you find Avast uninstall it or disable « Avast Web Shield ».
Try launching chrome and look at settings, if the message is still here try opening « chrome://policy » (In your address/link bar at the top of chrome, you will find something with Avast Web Shield. If not, skip this.

Forth solution : If you have LastPass
If you do not have LastPass skip this.
If you have LastPass try uninstalling it.
