Since the latest version, Chrome adheres to the Windows settings for title bar color, but fails to adjust font color accordingly.
I use medium gray (0x808080) for my title bar color. Windows uses white font everywhere. Chrome does not adhere to this and uses black font making everything in the title bar hard to read. Focused tabs are fine with black font on white background. It's the inactive tabs and controls that are a problem with black font on medium gray background.
When they made this change they should have done it so it actually adheres to the Windows color scheme or allow the user some control over title bar color. It was fine before they only half adopted the Windows color scheme.
I suppose I can try downloading a theme, but I've always used the default theme and would like to keep it that way.
