Hi Azhar!

I'm also effected with this issue with my company webpage. ( www.herold.at / yellow pages in Austria). I have seen in your Cookies, that you are using F5 BigIP.  I have disabled http/2 in SSL_VHOSTs and it works. I think you have also disabled http/2 protocol.

i'm running on 12.1

Hi Azhar!

I've got an information from our local F5 department. There are many cases with F5 http/2 and Chrome 80.

I open a request at F5, please could you also open one from your site?

with regards

Hi, we are in the same situation, faced that issue right after upgrading to chrome 80 the other day.
We temporary disabled http/2 but will like to find a proper solution for this, any update so far?

Michael, is the f5 case accessible so we can track what f5 says?

Hi @All!

Sorry for my late answer.

Update from my side: I have updated from BigIP Version 12.1.2, Build 2.95.276 to Version 12.1.3.7 Build 0.0.2 and this error doesn't occure. F5 Support need some additional Infos from my side with affected Version. One Special IRULE and a packet capture.

At this point we are suspecting this issue to be related with know software defect that
needs to be further confirmed with some additional troubleshooting steps below.
This particular HTTP1 issue was fixed in 12.1.3 software version therefore in case if
number one priority is finding a fix - you may consider doing a software upgrade towards
latest 12.1.5.1 software version.

@Moises: I'm not sure, that this support ticket is public accessible. I ask my local Support Partner for ticketID. When i get this information, i will provide it here.

a not confirmed internal info from f5: it could be possible that this issue is also in a bigip version 14.x.x.x. But this is NOT CONFIRMED in this moment. My local Support Partner and F5 Sales / Technical Office here in Austria tries to get more information.
