EWOQ RATING PORTAL ISSUE

I activated my ewoq portal two months ago and upto date I have never had any tasks to work on. My page does not have any capabilities that showcase the type of tasks I can work on. I reached out to Google general support regarding the problem since there is no direct channel on ewoq that I can contact Google through over this issue. Now I have a pending case on my ewoq that's been over two weeks. Please someone to help me out.

Can you give us more information about your issue with the Google Chat ?
Also can you give us a screenshot to help us better help you for your issue with Google Chat.
