Can't open Chrome at all after WIN11's automatic update on 2023/06/14

After WIN11 updated itself automaticly(KB5027231, and KB5027119) on 2023/06/14, I found that I can't open Chrome at all.I double click on it and my mouse pointer just turn into a loading icon for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I have tried restarting my computer and reinstalling Chrome, it didn't work. After my reinstalling all I can get is still just a loading icon for my mouse.
