Chrome just updated itself and i can't find reopen closed tab with right click on tabs, this is bs. I know i can use Ctrl+Tab+T or go to history-recently closed. But this is just so much unecesary work. I've been using chrome since 2009. It used to be my favorite browser. I will go to firefox until this is solved.

The elderly didn't seem to use it, neither did the teens. The hipsters on their Macbooks also never knew it existed but got hired by Google. When they found it while reworking the tabs, they were surprised that such a thing existed and removed it. Having the Tab pop up a huge dialog just for the title upon hovering seemed to be more important. We, on the other hand, will now need to add Ctrl-Shift-T into our muscle memory, as if we wouldn't be using the mouse anyway while using the browser.

Now I'll just continue to close more tabs until I get used to the fact that the last menu entry doesn't reopen the last closed tab.

Right click on the empty area on the right of the tab strip. [source]

You mean that menu bar item there at the bottom? Awesome new placement! It makes so much more sense! Much more efficient.

The new Microsoft Edge (developer version, released next month) includes this feature and still runs on the Chrome engine. I didn't think I'd switch, but that's my browser now.
