Run Chrome with --no-sandbox argument. For this, you can edit the shortcut on Windows and add "--no-sandbox" at the end of the Target field as a temporary fix until google addresses this issue.

Renaming Chrome.exe to Chrom.exe under C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application fixed the issue for us for now.

Same issue here, Running SEP (Symantec endpoint protection) in our environment .
Workarounds:
Windows 7 compatibility works.
Renaming exe to anything besides chrome.exe works.
Disabling RendererCodeIntegrityEnabled works as well. This can be controlled by a reg key:
REG ADD "HKLM\Software\Policies\Google\Chrome" /v RendererCodeIntegrityEnabled /t REG_DWORD /d 0
Push this out via GPO to fix for everyone.
