My google search bar is missing! And I can't add anymore shortcuts

I use the same computer with my mum, so we have 3 acc. 2 of them are mine. 1 is for my social media, and the other is the school's acc they created for me. But the problem is, both of my accounts have lost their search bars. Ever since I changed the background, I lost the search bar in both accounts. And I also can't add short cuts any more too, because the add button to add short cuts has also disappeared. And apparently, my mum's account just had the same problem a second ago, and she never changed her background or profile. I'm gonna post some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. PLS fix this as soon as possible. Its very frustrating for me to search up google classroom every time I need to use it. I need my short cuts and google search bar back. Its hard for me to use a broken google account during online school. Thank you. FROM A GOOGLE USER.

Hello there.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience happened.
In google chrome click on the three dots at the top right corner, in the last you will see "settings" option, click on it, on the left side of your screen you will see "search engine" option, click on it and click the box near "Search engine used in the address bar" and make it as "Google". If you wanna know more about default search engine click "learn more" near that box
